I am an out-of-network provider, which means that you may be able to receive significant reimbursement for my services by any insurance plan that includes out-of-network benefits, including Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare.  

If you're not sure if you have out-of-network benefits, call your insurance company and ask them these questions:

• Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient psychotherapy?

• What is my deductible? Has any of it been met yet?

• What is my coinsurance? (This will be the percentage that your insurance company will pay after you meet your deductible)

Payment is required at each session and may be made by check or credit card, and we will gladly assist in submitting claims on your behalf.
