Burnout & Work Stress Therapy
Burnout doesn’t happen overnight. It builds slowly—long hours, constant pressure, endless expectations, and the feeling that you can’t slow down without something falling apart. Many of the executives, founders, and high achievers I work with tell me they’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on fumes, yet still pushing themselves to appear steady and capable.
If you’re feeling stretched too thin, losing motivation, or struggling to keep up with the demands of your work and life, you’re not alone. Burnout is real, and it’s treatable. Therapy can help you reclaim your energy, regain clarity, and build a healthier, more sustainable way of moving through your work and your world.
My Approach
Coming from a high-pressure legal career myself, I understand how demanding professional life in NYC can be—and how easy it is to ignore the toll it takes until you’re running on empty. Many of the clients I work with are executives and high performers who have pushed themselves for years without slowing down, until burnout forces them to reassess.
In therapy, we’ll explore the sources of your overwhelm, the expectations that keep you overworking, and the patterns that make it hard to step back or say no. My approach is grounded in clarity, honesty, and practical reflection. Together, we’ll sort through what’s driving your burnout and build strategies that support both your well-being and your long-term success.
